Three Models of EducationIn history, and today, there are three major types of schooling: conveyor belt (employee), professional, and leadership. Each model uses different methods to achieve far different goals. Click on the links below to learn more about each educational model.
Leadership isn't an accident. It's not a product of luck, birth or circumstance. It's predictable. It's the product of a replicable formula. "The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born -- that there is a genetic factor to leadership. This myth asserts that people simply either have certain charismatic qualities or not. That's nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born." -Warren Bennis Every great leader in history experienced the core elements of leadership education to prepare them for their mission. |
