Shanon D. Brooks

A native of Seattle, Washington, Shanon Brooks grew up on a chicken farm and began his business career with a watermelon stand at the age of 14. After religious and military service abroad, he accepted a management training position with an international corporation, and quickly moved into the Management Troubleshooting Division with his first assignment in Charleston, S.C. Over the past 20 years, he has held teaching and administrative positions with a variety of schools and businesses. Shanon holds three earned degrees from GWU (GWC), a B.A. in Statesmanship, an M.A. in Education and a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law. Shanon and his wife own a small seminar company teaching Liberal Arts education from coast to coast and in Canada, a traditional farm products company and are partners in a health food business. His pastimes include four-wheeling in the mountains, making soap and running a backhoe. He and Julia reside with their 6 children in Monticello, UT.
