Summer 2011
Summer cohorts are interdisciplinary rather than focused in nature, offering students a unique opportunity to experience the "breadth" side of the liberal arts. Click here to read feedback from last summer's interdisciplinary cohort students. Classes are only eight weeks long (May 23 through July 15). Online sessions are live and recorded for those who miss part or all of a class. Summer classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4-6pm MDT. Only full-time students attend all sessions. Part-time and class-by-class student attendance corresponds to their course load. In addition to the live, interdisciplinary class sessions, students have access to recordings of past lectures and class sessions germane to their studies through OLS My Media (not all courses have recorded media available). Please note that cohort schedules are subject to change depending on actual demand. Cohorts may be added or removed and mentors may be changed. If we change a student's schedule resulting in that student being unable to attend class, they may access the recorded sessions or request a refund in full. Registration is online. If you don't have an online services (OLS) account, create one and then select "Registration" from OLS menu. If you want college credit and haven't yet been admitted to a degree program, visit our admissions page. Tuition varies by degree program; undergraduate, masters and doctorate. |
